ADEGOKE ADUFE
Adegoke Adufe is the Chairman and Founder of Straight-Gate Publishers Limited. He is a seasoned publisher with more than three decades of experience. He has an M.B.A. degree in Marketing Management from Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso. He holds O.N.D. in Purchasing and Supply and H.N.D. in Marketing from The Polytechnic, Ibadan.
SIMILOLUWA ADUFE
Similoluwa Adufe is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Straight-Gate Publishers Limited, a publishing and packaging firm with several book publications in their portfolio and producer of the packaging of several top brands. He is a trained data scientist and a certified Business Analyst. He bagged his Bachelor’s Degree in English and International Studies from Osun State University in 2014. He went further to obtain his Masters of Business Administration from Sheffield Hallam University in the United Kingdom.
GOODNESS AFOLAYAN
Goodness Afolayan is a highly accomplished and seasoned HR professional with a remarkable academic background and extensive experience in the field. He holds an MBA from the prestigious University of Ilorin, which has equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of business management principles and strategies. Furthermore, he possesses a Degree in Biochemistry from Bingham University, showcasing his diverse knowledge and adaptability to various domains. As an Associate Member of The Chartered Institute of Personnel Management Nigeria, Afolayan demonstrates his commitment to professional excellence and adherence to the highest ethical standards.
OMOTOSO CATHERINE
Omotoso Catherine is the head of the Account Department, Straight-Gate Publishers Limited. As a witty and young professional, she has devoted a considerable amount of time to studying the growth of organizations. She bagged a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy from the Federal Polytechnic of Ibadan. Being a financial analyst with years of experience in corporate finance, she has leveraged her skills to ensure profit optimization in several business organizations she worked for. In addendum, she is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN).
JANICE PEMIDA
Janice Johnson Pemida is a highly accomplished Editor and Communication specialist renowned for her exceptional proficiency in content creation, editing, and team leadership. With over 8 years of professional working experience and a strong foundation in strategic communication, she has an unwavering attention to detail. Janice possesses a reputable educational background as a Second Class Upper degree holder from the esteemed University of Port Harcourt, Nigeria. Janice has solidified her proficiency in editing and proofreading through her certification from the London Institute of Business Management as a Certified Editor/Proofreader. She is also a Certified Internet Marketing Practitioner, having obtained certifications from two reputable organizations, highlighting her expertise in managing and leveraging social media platforms for business growth. She is currently the head of the editorial department.
OLAJIIRE AJAYI
Olajire Ajayi is the National Sales Manager of Straight-Gate Publishers Limited. In his current role, he has management oversight and is responsible for promoting and protecting the company’s reputation through brand & marketing activities in Nigeria and beyond.
Olajire has over 20 years of experience in marketing, spanning the banking industry, oil & gas, publishing, and general management. He is responsible for devising and implementing the brand and marketing strategy in support of the company’s business agenda while serving to protect its reputation. This covers the full spectrum of marketing and marketing services/campaign management.
Olajire Ajayi holds a Masters in International Affairs and Strategic Studies (MIASS) from the Nigeria Defence Academy, Kaduna; and a Bachelor of Science degree in Geography from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria. He is an associate member of the Institute of Chartered Economists of Nigeria (ICEN).
He is married with children and enjoys watching football, travelling, and spending time with family and friends.
